Hello dear community,

I have the same problem as many here and still there is no solution. I can not update the firmware on my Beloader Pro HID because the device is not recognized. The Beloader is not even shown as a drive to install the firmware manually. No matter how I install or uninstall the drivers, no matter if Windows 11 or Windows 10 or 7, no matter if notebook or desktop PC, the Beloader is not recognized. What can I do to make it finally work? I paid a lot of money for it. Please help me / us!

- After i delete my Beloader from Device Manager my Beloader now shows it here
   - Still shows not found.

I must mention here again that the Beloader team is in the duty to find a solution! But I strongly assume that the USB port on the Beloader have defects. This is not an isolated case! Here are several people affected who have the same problem, so no coincidence!

The device manager shows me the Beloader under Human Interface Devices BUT also the following error message: The device was not migrated due to a partial or ambiguous match.

And exactly here is the error! I believe that we can solve this error only by replacing the Beloader.

So dear Beloader Team! Where can we complain or send in the Beloader to get an exchange device?

you install wrong driver,  beloader pro hid show on USB , not HID
please uninstall, till it show on HID device

I can't do a firmware update or configure the Beloader. It is not even shown as a drive so I can configure it manually. The Beloader is useless at the moment.

I am not the only one having this problem, so please find a solution or replace the hardware.

HID Manager and Super Manager programs cannot detect the device.

If all this is not possible I can't even configure the Beloader manually. It is useless!

Any solutions?
