Besavior Firmware update

Hi can someone please reply with the proper step by step procedure to update the firmware on a besavior controller. ive followed the documents and watched the video by still cant get the controller to update.
Ive downloaded the latest firmware and update manager for the besavior, ive unzipped and then tried running the programme and getting an error message. Also ive held the ps button for 15 secs to switch off then plugged in the usbC cable into my laptop and still nothing.
if anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated.

run the program 2 times.  The first time it gives an error, if you open it again it works.
