Even with remote play on Zen, there are still issues with the touchpad

While flipping on PS remote play on Zen Studio enables the basic button to work, other touchpad functions don't work, such as swiping and gestures. Also, the classic games that you can download on the store, that have START and SELECT mapped to opposite sides of the touchpad, do not work.



Can this be fixed in an update? While most games don't use these functions, it is very inconveniant for games that do use them. Is it possible to fix this limitation?

This problem is generally caused by the wrong wiring and welding of touchpad，that's the yellow wire, u need to re-weld or return to the factory for treatment

you can only get press function for touchpad, if you use expand third device

if you want all function , you just use besavior controller to play game

That is disappointing to hear as I need the Zen to play. So it's impossible to fix? What is the reason for this limitation? Could a future device address this?

I see. I hope perhaps a future hardware version can fix this, it's otherwise a great device.
