Besavior dont work for me

I've tried all the tutorials here on the site(updated the firmware),(I plugged the original ps5 controller directly into the besavior and it worked normally),(I plugged a ps4 controller into the left port on cronus zen and a ps5 controller into the front port of cronus and it didn't work), (I just plugged the ps5 control into cronus and it didn't work), (remote play is activated), I did all the tutorials and recommendations that are posted here, finally I received the besavior a day ago and until now nothing has worked.
Something bizarre happened when I connect cronus zen to the pc without zen studio being open does the control work because it doesn't work directly in cronus zen?

Yes I understand, but this photo I took when I had already tried everything as I said, I did all the tutorials and it didn't work, I'm sending this photo so you can see that I'm doing it right but it still doesn't work

Now the ps5 recognizes the besavior but the cross, triangle, square, circle, touchpad buttons don't work only the directional ones, and before you ask I already did the function test and everything was fine

You need to enable PS Remote Play, NOT PS4 specialty

this was the tutorial you asked me to follow and I already did it with the ps5 option and it still doesn't work

Yes enable PS remote play... turn off (not rest mode) your ps5 tun off all controllers (press and hold PS button for 15 seconds until blue light stops flashing) make sure PS has Bluetooth turned off.. plug Besavoir into PS5 turn on PS5 at button (not controller) when PS5 asks you to press PS button on controller press that only once. Now disconnect all the controllers from your Zen and only plug in the controller you want to use to either front Zen ports... then plug Zen into Besavoir. Works for me

Can you not play wired? Or just remote

Remote play the behavior did not recognize cronus zen, used firebug tutorial and it worked
