Besavior not connecting to Besavior Receiver

I have the latest Besavior update and latest Dualsense update. It will not connect to Besavior Receiver, it just keeps flashing green after Besavior is in pairing mode

Dualsense is BDM-030 if that matters

Mine won't connect either. My regular PS5 controller connects with no problem, but the BeSavior won't connect.
