Beloader Pro HID Manager 1.2 and 2.0 version

1： downloade and unzip, run it
2:    use this HID manager 1.2(version No. is 1.0)  to update 0310.1200 firmware
3:   use HID manager 2.0 to config or update in future

Bom dia amigo, eu ja baixei os arquivos acima e já os extrai, mas tanto o HID MANAGER V1 e V2, só aparece desconectado e não consigo conectar, como posso proceder pra que ele conecte e eu consiga atualizar o meu beloader. Comprei a pouco e ainda não consigo usar por este motivo.

I've been trying to install my beloader pro HID FS, but unsucessfull. I have done all possible steps such as install drivers with zadig, install drivers with the other installer that is not zadig (ManagerDriverV1.0 for beloader pro), have uninstalled the drivers from the device manager, have tried to connect my beloader pro hid fs on manager 1.2, 1.4 and 2.0 without installing drivers (as said in manual for the hid version), have even done a system cleannig with ccleanner and done all over again and again, nothing worked. Can someone please help me solve this issue? My beloader pro is only detected at the serial bus devices, never on the huma interface devices (have tried a thousand times). I kindly need some help with this. Thanks a lot!
