I have the beloader hooked up and runs fine with my controller with no disconnects, the only problem being that my scripts don’t actually work even though the Cronus zen says they are active

Check that your controller is connected to the cronus, and not to the beloader, if it is a wireless connection. If this is a wired connection, then most likely the problem is in the script or cronus itself. If you have beta68 installed on it, then not all scripts will work correctly
