I'm using a 5V 3.1A, anything higher than 5V 3A should be good. Try the 3A, if it doesn't work then go with the 3.6A.
I've noticed sometimes the U5 won't power up properly. If you have the wall power switches on and everything plugged in then the Dualsense should be glowing purple - no glowing light at all means not enough power is being supplied to the U5 and it won't work (this of course needs your light settings on your Dualsense turned on to apply).
