Besavior U5 dont connect

Hello.. I got my Besavior U5 yesterday and when I plug it in and want to update it doesn't want it and it won't connect.  There is a light on the Besavior U5.  Is there a way to fix this?  tThanks for the help.

take out U5,  wait 10 second .

plug your PS5 joypad and third usb device into U5,  and insert U5 into PS5 USB port
