I'm having an issue. Basically what will happen is, I plug in the U5, the console will recognise a controller is plugged in via USB, I press the PS button on the Dualsense to turn it on and the Dualsense turns on for like 1/4 of a second and then turns off. Each time I try to turn it on. Unplugging and replugging doesn't help.

Maybe one attempt out of like 100 it will connect and work completely as intended, but most of the time, same thing happens.

The Dualsense is well charged. Input method on console is set to Use USB. I have installed the U5 firmware updates, tried a few of the latest ones in fact. I have tried powering the device using a 5A 3.1 mains adapter, using standard power cables i.e. not data cables. I've checked all my cables, direct to console they all work perfectly, this includes trying alternate cables which are all also tested and working. I've tried with only the Dualsense plugged into the side, and with my XIM Apex plugged in too, but same thing happens. Tried plugging in the U5 while holding the button but this changes nothing.

Any help appreciated, I've ran out of ideas!

I managed to fix the issue, thanks! It was a power issue, I needed a 5V 3A power adapter. Using 3.1 was weirdly causing some issues.
