Lots of people complaining of random disconnects and purple flashing lights on xim forum which indicates usb sync issues. How do you intend to fix?  Running at higer sync makes it more.often but the device isnt usable in its current state. Please.advise.

Its not users setup or lack of external power supply before this is suggested..

1:for disconnect problem, user can exchange another USB to USB cable , which one side to P5Mate and another to PS5 console,  better exchange a shorter 5V3A cable

2: we will check 1000HZ and fix it later

I changed every cable. No difference. You promoted a 1000 Hz support. Please check it now and bring a fix. I have paid 70 Euros!

I just had 1 disconnect in a few hours running XIM APEX at 250 Hz and with external power supply on the APEX Hub. Switching XIM Apex to 500 Vz or 1000 Hz I get immediatly desync problems (purple blinking lights) on the APEX when moving the mouse. Please fix the desync problem with firmware update.

Don't update the firmware it makes it worse ans unusable ay 125 hz... they haven't provided a download for the Base firmware so I'm currently stuck with an unusable device.
