Beloader: Permament white light

My beloader has been working more or less stable over the last few weeks, but now only shows a permant white light.


Plugged into PS5 ->white light
Plugged into PC -> white light
Holding down the button while connecting -> white light

The Beloader is directly plugged into the PS5. I attached a LAN USB Hub and my XIM into the Hub.

Any help is appreciated.

does your beloader can update to latest WIFI firmware ? you can use super manager to upgrade
if can't update , just ask for a new beloader

The supermanager does not work either.
The beloader is not recognized by any PC I tested on.

Thanks for the tip, guess I just contact the support via the mainpage?

I got my new belobter today. How should I set it up if I want to use lan connection? with the super update manager or with the older ones?

if old manager work, then use old
if old not work, you can use new super manager

I also just got the new beloader, I tested it over wifi and everything ok, then I updated to the latest Lan firmware, soon after, the beloader was stuck in white light, it no longer detects on any pc and is completely dead. I don't know what else to do.

i think the problem happend during update, maybe update fail .
you can use super manager to update and set again.
the lan firmware should be 1815 version

I would update my beloader so I could run the lan function. after the update was complete, I double-checked that info about my psn and network was still there.  took out my beloader from the computer and was going to plug it into my ps5, but it now only glows in white light. even when I put it in the computer they are white light and the computer can no longer find my beloader. what to do? please help!
