Hello i have p5mate and xim matrix playing with kbm i use also extra cable for p5mate but its disconects every 10minutes if i disconect p5 mate usb and usb c conect it works again. how.to fix this ?????

Still same problem bought 5v3 charger bought all cabels good quality usb 3.0 but the issue remains i need to deplug power and usb from p5mate and replig it to work
