Pc not recognizing disk driver anymore.

It was recognizing it for a while than stopped. Is there any way to get my pc to recognize the disk driver.

I put the lan firmware in the "select upgrade firmware" and put in the upgrade file.

Than when I do all the configuration steps i plug it into my usb x ethernet hub and it just flashes blue
