p5 mate not working(purple light)

Hello, I bought P5 Mate to use Cronus Zen on PS5. But I haven't been able to use it yet. The purple light is on and the device is not working. Is there a solution?

ME SUCEDE LO MISMO, LO CONECTO Y SOLO ENCIENDE LA LUZ PURPURA EL CONTROL, PERO NO VINCULA COMO PLUG AND PLAY, TIENES ALGUNA RESPUESTA?
