The pink light of the controller is on when the psmate is connected. When I connect it with the xim apex, the purple light is on and it is not active. I can see that the buttons of the controller are pressed in the xim apex phone application, but it does not respond on the ps5.

Same here when i plug my duelsense controller to p5mate then plug it to the ps5 it turn purple light on my controller and it doesn’t respond even when i press the ps button, I have tried to reset the p5mate using my pc but it doesn’t detect the p5mate ( i held the button before plugging the p5mate to the pc ) and i have tried to change all of usb cables and plug it to different pc still nothing working and the index.html can’t detect it.
