My p5mate suddenly stopped working on my ps5 i have tried to change the usb cable for the duelsense controller and for the p5mate still doesn't work and when i decided to plug it to my pc to do a factory reset for the p5mate i went to the index.html page and when i hold the button of the p5mate and plug it to the pc it can't detect it even with the p5mate light on tried to refresh the page and try on different pc and nothing works i really need help on this as soon as possible
