Can't get 3rd party controller to work

Hi guys, I can set up the Beloader Pro fine and it can connect to Remote Play everytime, but I cannot get any third party controller to work when plugged into the Beloader Pro's front USB port.

I tried the PS4 Astro C40, PS4 Nacon controller, Xbox Series controller, all not recognised/no response.  I tried USB devices - Titan 2, Cronus Zen, is the same, not recognised/no response.

But when I plug in a PS5 Dualsense controller it is recognised immediately and works fine.

I have a friend who bought this Beloader Pro together and he is facing the same problem too.  Any help/suggestion is much appreciated

for joypad, better work with bluetooth

for usb, it should work titan , cronus

please check if your firmware is 1031

I got it to work by selecting "Enable PS Remote Play" in the Zen Studio software
