P5Mate Pro no updates possible

Hi dear community,
I tried to update my P5mate Pro to ...13 fro ..09 that arrived yesterday.
1. Downloaded software for P5mate Pro from your website/forum
2. Connected a cable, P5mate Pro light turned light blue after holding button before connecting to PC.
3. Used Microsoft Edge as suggested. Clicking on Connect P5mate Pro Device found update-coupled and version numer is ..09.
4. I chose the correct download ..13.bin and clicked Update. Blue or gray progress bar ran to the far end and nothing happens after that even after waiting for hours.
5. After reconnection to a PC the versionnumber is still ...09.

I tried 4 different cables and the different Pcs. Costed me hours!!!

Any suggestions different than throwing it in the garbage bin? Cause sending it back to China would cost me a fortune right?

P.S.: i tried to connect it to a PS5 and pressing the touch pad now brings up the share dialog. So I can't even play with the old version ...09. I hope it will be fixed in the update ...13

I cannot even click on „Update“. Greyed out. Might return it to the seller. This product is just bad

I just received p5mate pro and i have same exact problem

Now I have the exact same issue. It won‘t finish the update no matter how long I wait

I have a feeling it's because they've "removed the update"  from their database, most likely they're trying to fix everything.

You say the updater is dialing home though I have a bin file saved locally? Idk, feels line it is just buggy and not tested.

sorry we foget write full name of that firmware. the correct text is  06131109
so you already latest firmware,  product is well !
