Disconnecting problems from the first day

Hi,I start using my beloader and every 5 or 30 minutes around is disconnecting from the remote play. Is that alright?
I have the last I think FW 1513.zip and the last XIM Apex FW. Tried already back port of my PS5, different power supply, 3 controllers. My keyboard is a simple one and my mouse as well.

What I should do to fix this problem?

Try to connect all your staff right next to your router. Yesterday i understood that beloader do not controll wifi speed. And it need to be settle right next to router or even in router.
Connect all you staff and try to game.

My router is just behind the PS5 and the router no more then half a meter way from the beloader.
The PS5 always connected wired to the router, 1 meter CAT7 cable if I remember well. Usually there is no issues at all with my internet during gameplay.

Same Problem here. Seller told me in this case I will get a new beloader hardware version. It is a hardware problem what could be solved with new hardware version

How to exist from someone of the staff any support?
I wrote a message on my account and no response at all. I send a email to them and same, no one reply back.

Should I arrange a return what do you think?

Honestly I love the beloader, so simple and somehow easy to use, but I cannot play more then few minutes, the most of the time just 30-40 and disconnecting obligatory for me.
