Beloader Pro don't work with cronus Zen

I have my CronusZen connected to the Beloader pro. CronusZen turns on but, when I connect my Ps5 controller to the CronusZen nothing happens, no button works.

Hello ! I found a solution!  I connected the Beloader Pro to the PlayStation 5 console then I connected the CronusZen to the Beloader Pro and connected my PlayStation5 controller via Bluetooth to both devices ( Beloader Pro & CronusZen ) I connected my controller PlayStation 5 with Beloader pro and Cronus Zen at the same time with Bluetooth now I can use cronus zen with the Beloader Pro at the same time. Because with cable connection usb is not compatible.

so maybe your usb cable has some problem
which connect your cronus zen to beloader pro

No I have tried several cables including the type C supplied by BeloaderPro.

maybe you need set your cronus zen with PS4 or PS5 mode
