Io ho a problem with configuration. when try setup beloader manager ,upload a driver.when inser the keys is not detected !i restarted the pc system to recovered driver for this situation. howdo i fix it ?

My Beloader is recognized by the PC system as a USB device, but I cannot open the update file from the drive. I have tried another USB port and another PC with the same result. What is the cause?
