I have an issue with my Beloader everything is configured, I did the latest upgrade and when plugged with button pressed the beloader stay on white light… help please I’m on ps5 and can’t seem to Make it work properly..

They are on same router, I double checked every settings, did the update, and it just stays on white light… when plugged into PC and when plugged into ps5 same
there has lots of step, we not sure which one get problem
you need recheck
1: beloader firmware is correct, there has version number when you config
2: all at same router, esepcially your ps5 , maybe wifi change to lan etc
3: PSN id is correct, you can check with manual way, the psn accout tool
4: the 8 digital is stay on screen
