Beloader defect?

HID updates made as described in the video. Can no longer find the loader as a drive and also no longer see the txt files. When I start the Loader Manager 1.4, I can enter the data, but it cannot find the loader. Is it broken? Can someone help me? I will despair soon. Can someone reset it to its original state?

if you update HID firmware
it means you can only set beloader with web page way

Good evening,yesterday I have to update my beloader by HID firmware, than when I push the button and take it to my Pc to delete driver,my Pc didn’t see driver to delete, than I use web page, and web page didnt see beloader too. please help me

please check if you do this way :

1:  upgrade HID firmware
2:  user need unplug beloader, and insert beloader into PC again(do not hold pair button and insert)

I did it,but Pc and web page,both of them still doesn’t see beloader(white indicator on beloader is on)

Who did update HID , have to use as hid update on web, its pnly do not over supermanager but over web. If anyone need help pm, i found out how,

Explain me please, since yesterday i can not connect to remote play, beloader blinking red & green, all settings are correct
Anyone the same problem?

We are currently having similar problems. The system recognizes it as a usb device, but no files show up on the drive. Additionally, Beloader manager 1.4 may also not recognize the Beloader. Is there any way to resolve this?

Faced the same problem.
I wrote an email to the Beloader Manager user, but I never received any help, the only way is to return the defective product to the seller.
