Hid firmware problem

Good evening,yesterday I have to update my beloader by HID firmware, than when I push the button and take it to my Pc to delete driver,my Pc didn’t see driver to delete, than I use web page, and this way

if you update HID firmware, you can only use web page way to update and config

Web page doesn’t see my beloader too,what I should do?
