Hey guys New to the Besavior I recently got mine and I updated the zen and controller firmware I have the Cronus zen plugged into the dongle that connects to the strike pack paddles on the controller have the charger cable into the front usb outlet of my PS5 I use a Nacon wired controller In the left side of the zen or I use a wireless with the wire to put it to the zen but when I do that I always get disconnected or the controller keeps turning on during game play and I get disconnected is there anyone that can help me with this issue please and thank you!

I’ve tired everything redownloaded firmware on my controller on my zen everything I’m wanting to use a Scuff when I plug a PS4 controller that came with the PS4 for a DS4 it disconnects ps5 controller disconnects everything just disconnects so idk what the issue is but I would like a written out step by step way to have this work because obviously I’m not the only one who has issues with your product not doing what it’s supposed too. PLEASE ADVISE!!!! And yes I tested the Besavior it doesn’t work and everything so I have no idea where to even go from here.
