not there either.. i think my beloader pro is officially broken

have you hold update button and inert into PC ?
the update button don't mix with bluetooth button
and also maybe data cable has problem, you can change another usb-c cable, like original ps5 controller cable

yes i hold my update button and inserted in my pc, but its already in update mode, everytime i connect it it gets the white LED, i tried my PS5 cable and it didnt work.

if still can't find out the hardware on PC , you can contact seller to exchange a new one.
But we can't sure it can fix your problem if it is PC problem, if you can try on another PC that is better.

okay thanks for the support, i will be exchanging one. as my current beloader pro is defective.
